Pre Construction Termite Treatment

Process of Pre-Construction Termite Control

Inspection: An inspection would be carried out of the property and excavation site to determine locations of termite infestation if any.
Site Preparation: Our technicians would clean the site of any termite attracting materials like wood pieces, tree roots, logs etc.
Termiticide Application: The bottom surface of the excavated area would be treated with termite killing chemicals. Both bottom layer and side layer of foundation channel is treated with termiticides. This will provide a toxic chemical barrier which is lethal to termites. If termite mounds are found they are drilled and chemicals injected to kill the termites.
