There are different methodologies for a treatment which includes gels, liquid sprays, bait stations, pastes, granules, dusts, mist sprays etc. The method adopted by our licensed technicians depends on the type of pest and the infestation severity. Some situations may require more than one type of treatment, for example if the pest access area is unreachable, the technician would use multiple methods to control the infestation.

We use government approved chemicals for the treatment of pests that are safe for humans and pets when used by or under supervision of experts. We also can recommend non-chemical treatment options like baits, exclusion, and sanitation.

However, It is advisable to keep people and pets away during the treatment even though the chemicals used by us are CIB (Central Insecticide Board) approved and many of the products used for residential pest control are even HACCP certified.

The time varies on how long it takes to see result on pest control treatment. It depends on how bad the pest infestation is and other circumstances of your home. If the infestation is not severe you can start seeing results within the first month. It may take longer if the treatment used is for slow killing of pests which is recommended for a long-term solution. 

This also depends on whether the home owner, or resident, follows through with suggested recommendations by our technician to remove, or eliminate the problem that attracted the pests, and also follow preventative measures to prevent any future pests.

Our company charges a no-show fee if customer is not home when our technician arrives for service. However, no charges are applied if the service is cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment.
